ncScale implements a brand-new asset management system! A powerful search engine with advanced filters, on-demand asset synchronization, asset tag management and much more, as detailed below.
Synchronizing your assets
When you add your first tool, we automatically synchronize the assets of that tool. When you add another tool or make changes to one of your tools connected to ncScale, you can synchronize your entire stack at any time by clicking on the "Synchronize stack" button in the top right-hand corner to see the changes and new assets.
For applications that are on the "Pro" plan, we automatically synchronize your stack every Sunday and Thursday.
For applications that are on the "Scale" plan, we automatically synchronize your stack every day.
Assets information
When you click on an asset in a table, you can see all the information about it and update it if needed.
Assets bulk actions
If you need to modify a priority or the owner of several assets, or if you want to add/remove one or more tags on several assets, this could take a long time. That's why, when you select one or more rows in the table using the checbox to the left of the rows, the "bulk actions" menu appears, allowing you to perform these actions on all the rows previously selected.
