Be alerted on more than Slack / Email

Let's say that you want to be alerted whenever a specific event occur on your No-Code Stack, but you are using other channels than Slack or email.
You can, by using an automation No-Code tool, such as Make, Zapier or n8n, chose as much output channel as they support.
Let's see how we can use ncScale, paired with an automation tool, to be alerted on any channel you need!

First, let's choose which automation tool.
Let's say that we chose Make for this purpose (but we could also have chosen any automation tool that support your desired output channel).

First, we will need to create a new scenario.
Then, add a first module, and go for 'Webhooks'. Select as trigger "Custom Webhook".

Then, let's select which webhook we want to use (or create a new one if needed).
Copy the webhook url, we will need it right after.

Then, add as many module as you need different notification output channels.
Configure these modules, save your Scenario, and enable it.
And now our Make Scenario is fully configured, and we will be alerted on Discord, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat and SMS whenever our ncScale alert is triggered.

Now, let's head to ncScale and Create an alert. Then, when we have to chose our notification's channel, let's select 'Webhook', and paste the URL of the Webhook from Make we copied earlier.

Personalize the Custom output if you need and hit the 'Save' button.
And you are done! You will now be alerted on any channel we added on our Make Scenario.
